So, I was letting my screensaver cycle through all my pretty McShep manips and I ended up lovingly looking at all the pictures of John and Rodney wearing their wedding rings. Which, of course, got me in the mood to read stories about their wedding rings. So, refresh my memory, and rec me some lovely McShep stories that mention their wedding rings, please? :)

The Geeks and Goons series is very big on the wedding rings. They have their own little ritual and everything *g* (and I can't recall ever seeing any ring-manips, oddly enough *hasn't been around that long, ne*)

I'm sure you've already read Astolat's No Refunds or Exchanges (http://www.intimations.org/fanfic/stargate/No%20Refunds%20Or%20Exchanges.html), but there's a small bit about Rodney's ring in it:

He managed to heave a still-complaining John off, hopped a couple of times to get his feet the rest of the way out of his pants, and ran into the bathroom to grab his wedding ring out of the cabinet. John was kicking his own pants and boxers over the side and peeling his shirt up over his head, and he pulled Rodney back onto the bed and on top of him while Rodney was still jamming the ring back on.
