Rodney- An Ancient, Ascended, or Smarter Then Usual?

Okay, so, this might be a bit of an odd request. o.o;; Maybe. I've been reading a lot of fanfiction lately and more often then not, it is mentioned that Rodney seems to be the only one that actually seems to understand Atlantis (and how she works). No one else on the expedition knows her better then he does (even if it is limited, he still can get things done better then anyone else). John may be able to access Atlantis more naturally, but that doesn't mean he actually understands her. 

+ So, it occured to me earlier when I was reading a fanfic just how brillant Rodney would be if he were an Ancient. Are there any fanfics out there were Rodney actually is an Ancient, has ascended and came back with some of the knowledge he'd gained, or spent time with them at some point, thus giving him an ever better understanding on Ancient technology? Perhaps even hiding it from others from Atlantis only to reveal it at the last moment and absolutely stun them with how smart he truly is.

I'd be really thankful if you gave me fics that are either Slash or General or OT4 (and let me know which fics are which when you post them, please). My OTP is McShep. No het please (unless it's Teyla in an OT4 fic). Thank you very much!

Ohhhhh. Thank you very much! *beams* I was afraid there wouldn't be any (although, in retrospect I suppose I shouldn't be since this fandom has practically everything- from penguins to icecubes to sentient objects!).

It's not Rodney is an Ancient, its actually a crossover with Dr Who. Rodney knows technology so well because he and Jeannie came from the future and were left by the Doctor in the present.

Ohhh! Thank you so much! Sorry it's taken so long to respond. I've been really insanely and painfully sick for like... a month. What with a ruptured eardrum, cramps, back pain, etc. -.- Probably one of the worst months for me in a quite a while.
