Stoic!McKay, Sorry!Sheppard

I'm looking for fics where Sheppard behaves like a jerk with McKay (cheating on him, or breaking up, even general assholery), and McKay sort of shrugs and just moves on (either he pretends rather convincingly he doesn't care or hooks up with someone else), causing Sheppard to regret he mistreat him in the first place and try to mend things. Bonus points if Rodney grows a spine and doesn't take him back at least at first. Know of any?

The best that I can recommend would be Infidelity (http://mad-gaters.livejournal.com/11634.html#cutid1), and its sequel With a Whimper (http://mad-gaters.livejournal.com/11989.html#cutid1). He'd been stupid and that was unforgivable.

Mistakes and Forgiveness (http://www.panopeeper.com/raven/StargateAtlantis/MistakesForgiveness.htm). Rodney hadn’t realized what a huge mistake it had been not to sit down and explain to John what being in a real relationship entailed, especially concepts such as monogamy. A breaking up-making up story.

Oh, and there is Happy Birthday Rodney McKay (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3182883/1/Happy_Birthday_Rodney_McKay). It was John’s turn to think that his second in command was one lucky bastard. (After Arcturus, Shep breaks up with McKay and is jealous of Lorne's budding relationship with the scientist)

Also, there are three fics by helenish which don't precisely fit the bill, but which have the same kind of emotional storyline in which Sheppard is an asshole because he's repressed buttheyalllivehappilyeverafter. her fic is here (http://www.helenish.net/stories.html) and you should really read all of it because it's fantastic, but the ones I'm thinking of are This Gun's For Hire, Your Inevitable Unhappy Ending (probably the closest to your specs), and Take Clothes Off As Directed - this is a wildcard pick because it has a similar emotional feel to it despite there being no actual breaking-up or deliberate John asshattery.
