Domenika Marzione, if you haven't read any of hers, is fantastic for military Shep fics. I'm not sure if these are what you're looking for but they're basically Marines' pov on Sheppard: Custer's Last Stand (http://www.offpanel.net/dmz/sga/custer.html), and Just Like the Richard Gere Movie (http://www.offpanel.net/dmz/sga/gere.html).

Infans Cursus Semper Fidelias (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2670536/1/) by liketheriver is more Lorne seeing the friendship between Sheppard and McKay, but you may still like if you haven't seen it.
