mod announcement: new comm layout

sgagenrefinders, this is your new layout! Ta-da, and all that.

It doesn't look the same in IE as it does in Opera and Firefox, but this is as unified a look as I could get the codes to do, so. It'll have to do.
ETA3: Actually, yes it does, now that we have a paid account. [see ETA2 below] *bounces*

Suggestions, complaints, comments, all that jazz - you know the drill.

ETA1: Due to some unresolvable CSS coding differences between browsers the comm will be losing the mood theme and switching to a plus account. Sorry about the ads and the lack of lovely animated gifs. C'est la CSS.

ETA2: !!! Whoever just gifted the comm with 2 months of paid account time, thank you muchly! You shouldn't have, but thank you anyways. *loves on nonny gifting mice* _{The mood theme pics are back! \o/}

Could be, I have many, many issues with the laptop I'm using and any type of internet browser at this point. I'm starting to feel a bit homicidal towards gmail, but I don't know if it's a gmail problem, or my laptop at this point *grins*

the tags to the right are awesome! My only peeve is the post/reply/link line is separated from its post with an HR, so that it looks like it belongs to the post below. However, I never view the comm that way, so it's merely my peeve. Looks great!

Thanks! I know the layout is not perfect, but after a whole heck of a lot of code wrangling, this is as good as it gets. Also, I love the bulleted tag list, which is why I chose it in the first place. :-)

I used to use that script, but then I discovered that I had to revert them back to basic urls for more efficient tagging, so now I just use a widjet button to re-set the most egregious offenders. :) This comment page is actually not too bad.

I'm just trying to give the comm members a chance to feel the democracy and not shove the tag list under new lazy members' noses, oh no, not at all. ;-)

When you click on a post/request, and get to the page where you only see that one post and its comments - that's a comment page. Customized means that the comm's layout - graphics, tags, etc. - is present there as well. Not customized would be what the comment pages looked like before I implemented the new layout; similar to, for example, the light format of this page (http://community.livejournal.com/sgagenrefinders/340736.html?format=light).

Hope that was clearer than mud. :-) Lemme know if it helps you decide which you'd prefer.

Oh, and thanks! (I love the bulleted tags myself.)
