Stressed McKay

I'm looking for fics (preferably McShep) where McKay is being totally over-worked, offworld or on Atlantis. Extra points if it takes a while for everyone else to realise just how much pressure he's under.

So basically, work-induced Rodney angst :P (Although it doesn't *have* to be angsty, I'm just in the mood for some McKay-appreciation.)
