Need a Rape Fic Recommendation

Hi, I'm new to this group and it was recommended to me by another member.

I've recently been in the mood for fics where Sheppard is/has been raped. It can be gen or slash. I don't care. I've just been hankering for a fic like this and I thought this is one place where I could find some recommendations of some good fics.

Can anyone help or point me in a direction?

For me the absolute fic of this genre is Pru's http://glitterati.illuminatedtext.com/vday/cartography.html and it's sequel http://glitterati.talkoncorners.net/fiction/historyofmaps.html. Beware though, both these fics absolutely broke me!
