I don't know if you'd count this as a ficlet (it's just under 4000 words):

Two Weeks (http://bluflamingo.livejournal.com/50668.html#cutid1), in which Lorne goes back to Earth after the events of Tabula Rasa for a break, and Mitchell takes him away (it sounds like it's all porn and no plot, but it's not - I get squicked writing sex from inside Lorne's head)

Also, I don't know if you're into threesomes in fic at all, but Life in Three Dimensions (http://bluflamingo.livejournal.com/45674.html#cutid1) is Lorne/Mitchell/Sheppard during The Return, 8 1/2 thousand words; the second half is mostly Lorne and Mitchell, while Sheppard's off risking his life for Atlantis.
