Oops there goes another Puddlejumper

Perhaps there are not as many puddlejumper disasters in canon as fanfic implies.  Hm, let me see ...  In 38 Minutes both John's death and the puddlejumper problem were only temporary.   In The Ark, it was a space shuttle that John crashed after the puddlejumper had already been blown out into space.  Well, there was the puddlejumper crash in Childhood's End ... and in Condemned ... and in Grace Under Pressure ... but that's not really a lot, is it?  I want more!

Any links to stories with puddlejumper crashes or other disastrous puddlejumper rides, would be appreciated.  Thank you kindly.

I don't know if this fits what you're looking for, but Night Highway by Tipper revolves around a bad puddlejumper ride. The team is desperately trying to get a seriously injured Rodney home, but they're too far away. No crashes, though it includes incident with a Wraith cruiser.

Okay, this is probably not helpful, but maybe someone else will find you the story itself - the jumper crashes on a planet and the team (Ronon-era) has to trek through miles of rain forest to reach the gate. And Sheppard is injured.
