I'm looking for fics where John and Rodney are involved, and John is a total asshole (either by being all "this is just fucking, McKay" or jerking Rodney around by being all boy-friendy and suddenly turning cold) because maybe he has issues with all the gayness or he's scared of letting Rodney get close or whatever, and Rodney's just so goddamn in love that he lets John stomp over his heart and use him, until he doesn't and stops putting out, or someone else starts flirting with him (bonus points for jealous!John), or he gets injured/almost-killed, and then John's sorry and pulls his head out of his ass.

Basically, a setting where it looks like John's just using Rodney for sex and Rodney's hurt but lets him do it for great love, and then there's a happy ending. Cookies if the ending is believable.
