Exhaustion, and rebuilding

Okay, I'm seeking a couple of kinds of fics. Prefer shippy, but gen is fine, and any het/slash/poly too, except not John/Elizabeth or Rodney/Elizabeth (though her with Ronon or Teyla or anyone else is totally awesome). Anyway:

1 - Hurt/comfort fics that deal with taking care of of someone who had been completely and utterly run into the ground with exhaustion. It can be purely staying awake for far too long, or more severe like being unrelentingly hunted, while injured, etc. Basically I want someone to be dead on their feet to the point of incoherent collapse, and for someone who cares to deal with it. This can be in any AU as well.

2 - Rebuilding after near annihilation. Like, if Atlantis got almost destroyed and the remnant population stayed to scrape up the parts, or fled to start a new life somewhere else, or what have you, and end up building a community. Like the fics where Atlantis secedes from Earth, only with a more catastrophic start-from-scratch feeling.

Landry, IOA and Elizabeth

I've been watching re-runs of late season Stargate as well as SGA fics and it reminded me of how more often than not I dislike Landry, the IOA and even on occasion Elizabeth. So I am looking for fics that let me indulge in my displeasure a bit. I prefer strong John stories, and tend to read McShep, but really any story where Landry, the IOA and perhaps even Elizabeth aren't shown in a good light would be fine. As I tend to like happier endings, I would prefer ones where they - in some way - get taken down because of their behavior.

John Sheppard in charge of Atlantis or Sheppard Industries

Looking for two kinds of fic

#1 Stories where Sheppard is in charge of Atlantis - I don't mind how and why, just him being in charge.
and
#2 AU:s where Sheppard works for or is in charge of Sheppard Industries - I have read the stories featured in the Giant McShep AU list so I want to read any gen or het stories
