Non-fully accepting, non-fully bashing Slash

I was reading Mutual Misunderstanding by Ayama_chi and realized when I was done that one of the reasons I liked it so much was because of how the relationship between Sheppard and Lorne was handled and how Sheppard reacted to the whole thing. In most of the Slash stories I read one of two things happen: 1)even if the characters don't jump one another right away, usually the reluctance is because of individual preference or 2) Everybody military(and sometimes the ones in the pairing as well) are all at the extreme end of homophobic.

So I am looking for something along the lines of Mutual Misunderstanding. I would prefer a Sheppard oriented pairing. Specifically, where one of the two does have a reasonable "I am in the military, so it simply isn't done or thought about as my job is more important" attitude and it may even be that it simply wasn't thought about on any real scale before, but it isn't some over the top negative reaction either. Basically, where one of the two hadn't ever been attracted to men, they realize it is a big military issue, but it sort of develops anyway.

Seduction/wooing of Ronon

Are there any stories out there that focus on Ronon being socially awkward/oblivious, etc. when it comes to sex. Something that focuses on how he was basically young and inexperienced before becoming a runner. Doesn't matter if it's slash or het, but I'd like to read stories where Ronon is the one being seduced or wooed by another person and is skittish or shy when it comes to sex. Of course, if the story culminated in hot sexing all the better. I am specifically NOT looking for fics where Ronon is asexual, but rather where he is clueless or doesn't know how or when to act on his sexual urges. He doesn't necessarily have to be a virgin although that would be great too. Thanks!

Power, influence or friends in high places

I'm looking for any stories where Rodney has connections (either on earth or elsewhere). I'm particularly interested in anything where he is not interested in taking advantage of the power he has and doesn't use or mention it until there is no other choice. I'll take any pairing or length, although McKay/Sheppard is preferred and the longer the better.
