episode - Irresistable

Looking for stories where Sheppard has an adverse reaction to being drugged by Rodney at the end of Irresistable - like an allergic reaction or coma. I love Rodney but I want there to be consequences for McKays actions. Thanks!

I was wondering if anyone could help me with three fic requests.

1) Sentient Atlantis, with heavy emphasis on Rodney. Preferably nothing where she/he/it is evil and vindictive, just there and maybe helping Rodney out or something.

2) Rodney masterminds (or takes a huge role) in Atlantis leaving the care of Earth. I don't really mind what reason, and I've read the fic Finding Home (finding the way home?), and I would like something similiar, with Rodney making the majority of the plans or something. Or something where Rodney takes leadership of Atlantis for some reason and is actually really good at it.

3) Fics based off the episode Hot Zone, at least I think that's the one I was thinking of, the one where a virius is released and everyone without the gene is affected. Or fics based around that general idea.
