BDSM or dark-fic McShep

Hi, I know! I'm back again. I'd like to thank everybody who offered me links and recs the first time round! THANKS! Now I have a new request! Sorry! Hope you all can help me out.

I've read all of Xanthe's stuff set in the BDSM universe and kind of got addicted to it! I have now read all of High School Confidential by elayna88 and lavvyan's the Spaces Inside and even Make The Devil Feel Surprised and A Life Less Ordinary. What I'm looking for is;

Any McShep fictions that have elements of BDSM or in which they have a dark relationship or even a semi-abusive one for whatever reason and it doesn't matter if it ends with smut, fluff, or charcater death although I'd like a warning if its the latter! I don't mind if its AU but considering the fact I have that list I would like some Recs that are based on Atlantis in some shape or form.

Rural Rodney?

I've read quite a few stories where John knows his way around a farm and farming, ie..."Iowaverse?".  But what about Rodney?  Any hidden farming skills, growing up with relatives learning how to milk a cow?  some intuitive abilities with horses?  McShep or Gen preferred, but pretty much willing to read anything in this genre (except maybe McBeckett).  Any rating.  Hope this is right as this is my first post here.
