I'm looking for some fics where the SGC has finally realized that Rodney isn't just an arrogant jerk. That his time in Atlantis has changed him and helped him get friends and made him a better person. Or where the members of Atlantis/just John defend Rodney to them.

Ronon & sex issues, McDex

Hi genrefinders,

I'm looking for fics where Ronon has been celibate for his seven years as a Runner - not at all hard to believe - and when he finds himself in the semi-safe situation that is Atlantis, he doesn't immediately jump at the chance to have sex again. Be it by conscious choice or because he subconsciously cannot make himself get that close to somebody - I want it to be an issue. Het pairings or Rodney/Ronon preferred.

Examples: Another Day Older by Leah (possible future Ronon/Teyla) or Satisfaction by hth & Caroline (Ronon/Rodney).

In addition, the above-mentioned "Satisfaction" and sardonicsmiley's Three Hundred and Sixty-Four yesterday made me want to read long, character-centric, falling-into-a-relationship stories involving McKay/Dex. It's a pairing I've read very little of. Help me out?

Team protective of Sheppard

Hi, I'm looking for any fics that involve  any member of the team acting over-protective/possessive of John (for example, if he is injured or threatened in some way, or if someone's showing too much interest in him and they step in and place there claim :P).

Also, I'd like to hear about any McShep fics that involve Rodney hurting John emotionally in some way, treats him badly or screwing up their relationship somehow (even unintentionally, because I can see Rodney's lack of an oral filter causing him to say something extremely hurtful without thinking about it).

I read gen, slash (especially McShep) and OT4, but I don't really read het. I like a lot of angst, but prefer happy endings so I'm looking for those as much as possible. Thanks
