McKay liked by SG-1/SGC

Hi, I never watched the Stargate episode 48 hours but I have been told that McKay was a real bastard in it, not surprising as I understand it he was supposed to be the not-entirely-evil-antagonist-that-shows-just-how-smart-and-dedicated-to-her-team-Carter-is character.

Anyway, I would really like to see stories where McKay interacts (or is forced to interact) with SGC or SG-1 and they like/are impressed by him.
Either after that episode and him having changed in Atlantis, or an AU of that episode where either his behavior is more on par with what it is in Atlantis or his bad behavior is explained in some way. Or an AU where 48 hours never happened and they meet under complete different circumstances, even an AU where the Stargate doesn't exist. It doesn't really matter what happens AU or not as long as McKay meets people at the SGC or SG-1 and they like him. I would prefer stories before Carter took over command of Atlantis but if the story is well written I will read anything. Gen or slash is better but het is all right too.
