Hi

I was wondering if there are any fics based on horror films or book, preferably McShep, but will take anything focused on Rodney or with Rodney as a main character.  Whump is good, but I'd prefer it if he survived in the end.

Something along the lines of The Shadow Over Chatsworth by Martha - soulcake.skeeter63.org/chatsworth.html.  Although I'd prefer if it was an AU, not set in the SG universe.

I was wondering if there were any fics where Sheppard regrets telling Rodney that he could have been in Mensa, because he made fun of him, kind of like what he and Daniel did in First Contact.

Romance dead?

Okay, so I just read yet another fic in which there are huge heaping piles of frustrated longing mixed liberally with terror... and yet the moment Rodney touches John, or vice-versa, they jump straight to the point.

What about the fics where they are normal human beings with actual reservations about falling into bed together? These don't even have to be articulated - after all, we *are* talking about two characters who are pretty poor at expressing their emotions. Just - it takes awhile before they kiss. And they don't jump into bed on the day they do. Romance - it can't be dead, right?

This is super open-ended, so please rec the fic(s) of this kind that you wanted to marry and have little McSheplets with. <3

saving the day

Hi, I'm back again. This time I'm looking for any stories where Rodney has to drag (or sneak) himself out of the infirmary or his quarters to save the day even though he's already been injured or he's ill (near collapsing with exhaustion would OK as well). Longer stories preferred but I'll take anything right down to drabbles. Thanks.
