SGA being military badasses

Hi, I'm looking for stories where the team, preferably with Sheppard in the lead, make heavy military decisions, like in Ardanarishvara by Auburn - with the burning of the Skour fields, or Trancendental by Resonant - with the Genii situation. Any category welcome, though I tend to read mainly slash, as long as you feel the subject matter is treated with responsibility and professionalism, and the characters are believable.
Tall order? In this incredible fandom I think not... Hope you have something for me.

McShep locations

I don't think this is against the rules, but I'm also not quite sure it fits - but if not, my apologies to the mods.

I'm discovering that I've missed some good McShep because I tend to avoid Fanfiction dot Net like the plague. I've been in fandom long enough to remember the "great slash purge", the continuously changing TOS and the groups of self appointed bastions of morality that wandered the pages flagging anything even vaguely slash like.

So, (and this is why I'm not sure if this fits here) I'm looking for McShep, any genre - but specifically McShep that has been posted only on FFdotNet. I've tried searching FF - but that's an exercise in stupidity isn't it - I thought lookseek was annoying.

I'm not overly concerned with other parings, but I'm looking for slash rather than pre-slash, or anything written with slash-tinted glasses.

I'm even willing to try to put together a masterlist.

Update... sorta:
I'm slowly going through the list, thanks to ldyann, krininin and raphe1, and compiling a masterlist of sorts (not a rec list - I'm way too sarcastic for that) of the FFdotnet only ones.... stay tuned, (and extra kudos to raphe1 for managing to figure out FF search engine... I couldn't make head nor tails of it)

Are there any fics like Friday the 14th, where Rodney tries to set up something nice only to be let down by John? Or where Rodney does this for anyone, but they either let him down, dismiss him, or are completely ignorant of the fact? Preferably McShep, but I'm really in it for the Rodney-angst.

Sheppard Unable to Feed Himself

Hi all. I'm having a weird fic craving and was hoping somebody would be willing to help me...

Are there any fics out there were Sheppard is too whumped to feed himself, and has to get a helping hand from a friend? I'm not talking about the standard post-whump-and-healing-in-the-infirmary scenario, but more like Sheppard's whumped offworld and isn't getting back to Atlantis anytime soon.

For example, in An Acceptable Sacrifice by Haggy Sheppard is beat up very badly in a prison and McKay has to take care of him.

Or, on a less extreme end, like Silent Sacrifice by Daring Duo where there's a jumper crash, team members are immobilized, and Sheppard has to gather food for them for an extended period (except this time with Sheppard being the one immobilized).

Any pairing or lack there of is fine by me.
