I looked through all the sentient!Atlantis stuff and didn't find exactly want I wanted. So... I really love Indelible by Shaenie.[Bad username or unknown identity:  ]My favorite thing about it is the cathedre (sp?). So if any one has recs where there is some sort of mind link, or where Atlantis has some cool gadget or other, I would be supremely greatfull. I don't have a problem with slash so anything goes. Thanks

Rodney saves Ronon fics

Does anyone know of some great Rodney saves Ronon fics? I've recently read some great Rodney/Ronon fics but invariably, Ronon and/or John saves the day. Are there any where Rodney is the hero? Tights aren't necessary but other people knowing Rodney did it is a must. I love slash but don't care if the fic is Rod/Ron or McShep or even gen. But, hmmm, please het only if it's one of your top ten stories of all times. (g)

SGA/Sentinel crossovers (mods, don't get mad just yet)

Okay, I've seen the previous requests for this on this comm, and I've seen the patterns therein. I'm wondering if there are any SGA/Sentinel crossover/fusions that break said patterns in any of the following ways:

1) People DO NOT know there are Sentinels. The SG-1 crossover Sentinels does this, but I want even more specific: Blair and Jim are called in, or people have to otherwise fumble their way through what's going on, because someone in Atlantis (or the SGC) turns out to be a Sentinel. Bonus points if we actually watch the formation of the Sentinel government that seems to be a fairly common thread.

2) The people in the Pegasus Galaxy know about Sentinels (because you just know they would). Before you ask, I do know about A McDex Bonding Fic. Which is wonderful and I highly recommend, by the way. For this one, bonus points if Teyla is either the Sentinel or the Guide. I have noticed a distinct lack of Teyla in the Sentinel/SGA fics I've read (this may be because they're slash, but I'd appreciate it if someone could fill in the empty space).

3) Atlantis has to shut off from Earth because they can't afford to let Earth find out about the Sentinel(s) on Atlantis, because they would experiment on/kill/'disappear' them. Actually, for this one, I would take it if they shut off from Earth for any similar reason (they're all nonhuman to begin with, they react funny to the ATA gene therapy (I'm totally writing this one), the Pegasus Galaxy's inhabitants teach them magic, etc., etc.--and Earth would kill them if they found out). Bonus points if Daniel winds up on Atlantis when communication is shut off, because he totally should have been there in the first place.

4) Anyone other than Rodney or Sheppard (or Jim) is the major Sentinel. Again, only seen/read "A McDex Bonding Fic", to my memory. Which reminds me:

5) Flip "A McDex Bonding Fic". Rodney is the Sentinel, Ronon is the Guide. Bonus points if Ronon knows what's going on with Rodney, in the spirit of #2, and more bonus points if he still doesn't know what to do about it.

Het/gen/slash/femslash/threesomes/moresomes/self-pimping/oneshots/epic length all loved! I don't care, as long as it's one of the above requests! (Though I will admit a preference for length and the slashy side of ship.)
