1. I'd really like to read some fics that has John being extremely dangerous/competent,, and/or criminally insane, either before Atlantis or during season one(I'm only a few episodes into season two).

2.  "Duet" AUs, where Rodney is in Cadman's body, or John and Rodney are forced to coexist.

The first three are post season-two (they have Ronon, but aren't spoilery), and all are pretty much McShep or gen with heavy mcshep undertones.
