couple's therapy

Hey, I got such great help from last time with some vague request, you guys are so great that I'm coming back for more!

This time my request will be more straight forward and not as vague, hopefully.  I'm wondering if there's any fic out there has scene where Rodney and John go through some form of couple's therapy, it can be for being in a relationship or just work relationship, I think this form of story line will probably most likely be in the crack!genre, but I'll take any story with such scene or close to it in it, short, long, angst, funny, AU, anything goes.

I was going to rec this one as well, it was the first one I thought of. Second Fiddle is one of my all-time favorites. John is a bit OOC (unless you buy the idea that canon Sheppard is high-strung to the point of being a hair away from a nervous breakdown) but the h/c is excellent and the counseling scenes in particular are well done.

As someone noted below it's unfinished, but fortunately the main relationship part is resolved around chapter 10, and chapter 11 is starting to veer off in a new direction plotwise before it breaks off. I wish the author had finished it, but it doesn't leave you hanging relationship-wise.

thank you, I was a bit worried that it's an wip, and from the look of it, a long one at that, I'd hate to enjoy a story only have it cut of in mid-point with no follow-up in sight, but since the relationship bit is sorted before it got cut-off, I think I'll chance it, thanks for the info!

The Geeks & Goons series has one which John & Rodney are in therapy with Heightmeyer - IIRC is Chapt 8.
All are here (all wonderful & it'll probably make more sense if you start at the beginning; they are married & this really is couples therapy ;D)

Somewhere in mrshamill's Raising Madison series, there's couples therapy and family therapy. It looks like it's in "Repercussions", which is one of the later fics in the series. I don't recall how much that story is dependent on the greater context of the whole series. The whole series can be found on her SGA page, here:

The Broken series http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=sgatlantislight&keyword=Broken+Series&filter=all has a number of couples sessions with Kate. It's long and the sessions aren't the focus of the story but I think it might satisfy you.
