Hi folks!

I'm looking for ones where Rodney is:

1.  Ascended- whether it was due to the ascension machine (Tao of Rodney) or any other means

2. Not (entirely) human- whether he was born that way or something happened for him to be a hybrid (plz not where he's part wraith)

3. Really Important- as in he is widely known, and he has become essential in the fate of the galaxy. whether it is himself or it is because he's a scientist and his knowledge of Ancient, Wraith etc. technology. it's not like my other post where he is worshipped and becoming a hero (see. Bow Down to the Scientist), and he has become a coveted prize, for good purposes or bad.

McShep is encouraged, or really tight friendship.

Hmm, I searched my links and found a rather unconventional #3 response. In Scheherazade (http://in-wintertime.livejournal.com/3985.html), the Esotherans find Rodney so important due to a unique aspect of their culture. Needless to say, this gets him in enormous trouble.
