2001: A Space Odyssey

Hello, all! So the other day on one of those awful trans-Atlantic flights I watched 2001: A Space Odyssey for the first time and I kept thinking "You know what'd be great? Some sort of reel_sga-type crossover with this, or really anything where Atlantis behaves in the same manner as HAL." So I was wondering if anybody knew of fic like this? Anything where Atlantis intentionally behaves in a harmful manner toward any of her occupants. (I had already read Foolproof and Incapable of Error, and had a huge moment of duh at myself when I realized that the title was from this movie.)

Thank you! I did try looking there, and of course the list is interesting in its own right, but it's fairly difficult to tell from the table's categories if Atlantis is, say, angry or deranged except in one or two cases. I will, of course, take another look. Thank you again!
