John sees/visits his father

I was wondering if anyone can point me towards some stories where John goes home to see his dad.  It could be he goes home because he is injured or just to visit or to try and fix things between him and his dad.  Anything really. I've been craving John and Father stories.

I've read The Sky is no Less Blue, and Going Home and I loved them both.  I think that's what really got me stuck on this.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
