I have lots of stories bookmarked where they eventually come to be madly, stupidly in love with each other, but I'll have to look for the established relationships. You didn't say anything about AUs, but I think this one by rageprufrock also fits the madly, stupidly in love description - Academic - http://glitterati.talkoncorners.net/fiction/academic.php although there are a few bumps in their relationship along the way!
