Stories focusing on Teyla and/or Ronon and team-fics

I have only ever read slash, and I would like to venture out and read gen fics. I am sure there are lots of them out there, so I am hoping people might want to point the way to their own favorites. I would like stories focusing on Teyla and /or Ronon, simply because I often find myself missing them in most of the McShep stories I read, as well as team-fics.

ETA: Thank you to everyone for your recs. I have a feeling I will spend too much time these next days reading:)

Here's one of my favorites: So Little Space, So Much Time (http://liketheriverrun.livejournal.com/6240.html) by liketheriverrun. It's image-heavy, but worth the wait even if you have a slow-connection. Hilarious, great team interaction, and lots of Teyla and Ronon. Enjoy!

I love the creativity of mixing images and text - that's probably why I followed the links to these stories originally, because like you, normally I only read slash.

Teyla, certainly - they're firstcomers. But it's got a gorgeous part about how everyone misses Ronon even though - by the show and Dom's timeline-he's only been there a little while.
