Realistic BDSM?

Are there any stories out there that show a realistic BDSM relationship? Not just BDSM for the kink value.

I'm looking for stories that have a sub being trained from scratch, or a Dom's first time in such a relationship.

McShep preferred, but anything with Ronon and/or Evan is also extremely welcome.

You could also try puddle_of_goo's A Life Less Ordinary (http://puddle-of-goo.livejournal.com/tag/index) series (link goes to index page).

It's a build up to a D/s relationship, where Sheppard is dominant and experienced and McKay submissive but not so experienced. Haven't read them all, but I've heard that the earlier chapters are more realistic, with the last few stories getting more into being fantasy fulfillment.
