Hi all, 

New here (*waves*). I've responded to a couple of queries but never posted before. 

I'd love to find some really excellent drugged/stoned/drunk/loopy/or otherwise just-plain-out-of-it fics. Shep-centric or McKay-centric  would be my preference, but if you know of a good loopy!Ronon fic... well, do I really need to beg?  :)

Gen or slash okay-- if I don't read them I'm sure others would appreciate the reccs-- but please note which is which.

There are some good ones over at sga_flashfic's Sex, Drugs and Rock and Roll Challenge. These are mostly McKay/Sheppard, but there are some other slash pairings, a little het, and even gen.

I have a few others, too. If I can find them, I'll link them here for you. :)

Cool! Thanks for both recommendations. I've checked out the flashfic challenge before (and you're right-- there are some great ones on there). I'll have to go back and see if I missed anything.

Oh, and you can always look at this list - McKay/Sheppard thematic fic index >> Under the influence. They're all McKay/Sheppard, though.

I hope you find something you haven't already read, or, at least, get to re-visit some old favorites. :)

I know there's a story where the team's off-world and Ronon gets picked to play gladiator but the bad guys drug him to make him fight but he has an atypical reaction and is all mellow & tells the team that they're his "best friends".
And now I really want to reread it except I can't remember the title or the author. :(
