I need an intervention!

I want to preface this by saying that I in no way am trying to garner sympathy here, I just... there's no other way to express what I don't think I could handle in a fic without being honest about why.

I've had a really bad week--I've just miscarried--and I really need some pick-me-up stories. I'm looking for any combination of (mostly McShep, but I'd take McWeir, McBeck, or Teyla/Rodney):

>> Pining that's resolved // Obliviousness
>> some sort of 'Aliens Make Them Do It' kind of yenta-ing
>> Romance
>> First time

I know this is a bit broad a scope for fic searches, but I saw it'd been a long time since something with 'aliens made them do it' as a tag (except for the specific 'mock' post), and I'm sure some have been written since the summer of 2007!

I can deal with hurt/comfort as long as it's not grief-related (worrying about losing the person they're in love with--fine; grieving over someone lost--probably not so much), but I'd really like to steer clear of anything with pregnancy (I LOVE S4 Teyla, but I just... it hurts, I can't go there) or kids in it in a major way. Basically, if you think there's an element to it that might trigger something sad, feel free to post it anyway (for anyone looking for these types of stories looking in the tags), but do let me know so I can avoid it till it's less sensitive. Edit: AUs are more than fine! I've been converted to the glory of them by great series like the Iowa and Nantucket AUs :)
