Character Nationality Centric

I'm looking for any fics that centre around character's nationalities. Such as Rodney being Canadian, Carson being Scottish, and that playing a prominent role in the fic.
A McShep fic would be good, something like Canada vs America (or +) (eg Rodney vs John) sort of thing?! But I do love my Carson, too. In fact, I wouldn't even mind a gen fic.

It's not exactly what you're asking for, but Hockey Night in Atlantis (http://canadian-snoopy.livejournal.com/29018.html) by canadian_snoopy, while gen, gives a great showdown between atlantean hockey teams which are mainly picked by nationality, so you should have fun even if you're not really into the sport.
