I second the rec for 'Running on Empty' - excellent fic. Also, 'Gifts Unasked For', here: http://shetiger.com/fanfic/stargate/giftsunasked.html. Not strictly McShep because Teyla is involved, too... but can anyone object to Teyla? ;)
