Torchwood/Stargate Atlantis

Hi all, 

I'm looking for some Torchwood/Atantis crossover fic.  I know someone has already asked but that was a while ago so i hope i'm in the right in asking again.  Looking for McShep with or even Jack Harkness/John Sheppard. 

If any one can find this for me it would be much appreciated.

Crossroads has a Crossover - Dr. Who/Torchwood (http://sga.fictionresource.com/fic_index.php?tag=00292) tag; I've only read the Doctor Who fusion from there, so can't really rec 'em better, but they do have the pairings noted.

Also, there's A Holiday Humour (http://janne-d.livejournal.com/40388.html) and its prequel A Brief Encounter (http://janne-d.livejournal.com/48366.html) by janne_d; in which John meets Jack on an Earthside holiday and learns a few new things... Jack/John, previous not-quite Jack/Rodney, eventual John/Rodney.
