Married or Committed?

So, I was re-reading the Unified Theory series for the countless time today (love that series!) and I got to wondering if there are other "gotta read" stories or series out there where the boys are married. I know there are alot of stories where they GET married, but I'm talking about stories where they ARE married and the story focuses on them after the event.

In conjunction with that (or maybe instead) how about stories/series where they are in a committed relationship and everyone knows? I mean everyone, not just the team or their closest friends, but everyone. Not the "they're gay, that's wrong" stories, but the "it's a well-known fact that Dr. Rodney McKay and Lt. Col. John Sheppard are together and it's okay." Bonus points if Lorne's in there :)

That's true, Victors is kinda like that. Body Holographic, however, maybe I'm misremembering, but...doesn't Rodney totally turn away from John after he dies since he knows it's not the real John (even if John never realizes it himself until the very end)?

Well, the only one that came to me when I read your description was the Raising Madison series (http://www.hawksong.com/%7Ethammill/SGA_Fic/SGA.htm) by mrshamill. The first five have them on Earth and not necessarily married, but living together. After that they move to Atlantis and there is a marriage in there at some point before they move. And Lorne is definitely in there :)

Haven't read Unified Theory, so that's what I'm off to do now.

The Geeks and Goons series (http://www.fanfiction.net/u/852967/) has a married John and Rodney, and has the bonus of being one of the best active series in the entire fandom. ♥s it so much!

Yes and no. Holo was odd as far as shippage went. There wasn't a linear feel to it and if you think about it Rodney was the only one really loyal to John. But in the end it was pretty much their AI's together forevah.

It's been a while since I read them but I'm pretty sure the Rover series fits. Can't remember if they are actually married but everyone knows about them.

Speaking of the Rover series (which is really fun) the Fuzzy Octopus series would probably fit into that category, too.
