Stories with Sheppard in trouble because of his attitude

I know that I've read some stories in the past where the team is in a precarious situation which they might or might not have been able to get out of, but due to Sheppard's "smart mouth" or his refusal to take the bad guys seriously, he ends up in a lot of trouble.  He could just be captured, imprisoned, punished or otherwise in a bad way.  I've checked all the usual archives but can't find any that fit.  Can be gen or slash.
