Season 5 Ep 17 "Infection" - h/c?

Having just rewatched Season 5's episode "Infection" where Sheppard et al crash into the ocean after Todd's hive starts to fall apart, I'm looking for stories that expand on the ending. In the episode, everyone was apparently knocked unconscious, just barely rescued before what remained of the ship sank, and ended up in the infirmary, but this was given all of about 2 lines in the show.

I'm in the mood for McShep, esp h/c with Sheppard hurt, but I'd take anything.
