Hiring Interviews

I'm after funny "coming to Atlantis" stories. Ones where the senior staff is conducting hiring interviews of incoming personnel, or relating their own interviews when being recruited to the Stargate program. Or, fics dealing with paperwork relating to missions or the program.

For the second part Domenika Marzione has a couple of 'documents', and it mentions they're related to a Documentation challenge, but I'm not sure where from, probably an LJ community.
