Crossovers or Fusions SGA/Other, Fantasy fics and The Storm and Eye fics

1) I've just had the most devastating week of my life and I desperately need some fic. I'm looking for SGA crossovers or fusions. Mostly Dark Materials, the sentinel and any superpowered/superhero/magic fandoms. Rodney-centered or team fics, Rodney/John slash or friendships or gen. Long is better, but whatever you guys can rec me. Please no BDSM or anything kinki. I'm looking for stories like Diploma (SGA/Sentinel), or Daemonology (SGA/Dark Materials), or Friendshipper's/Sholio's Slightly Tarnished Armor, of X-Parrot's on Wings of Imagination (SGA/Pern), or something like that. I would love for Rodney to have some special powers, like he's a mutant or a wizard or a guide or has a daemon. Stuff like that. Your favs are what I'm looking for. bonus points for FemMer

2) I'm also looking for fantasy fics Rodney-centered, or Team, or Rodney/John slash, or gen or friendship. Just that Rodney is the main or one of the main characters. Good fics. Well in character. Long is preferred but not necessary. I would love stories like Sholio's/Friendshipper's Whaleverse or Springwood's and Leah's and someone else's I can't remember the other wonderful author that wrote a Trilogy about gene carriers having powers. I really want Rodney to have some kind of magical talent. No BDSM or kinky stuff please. Well written, in character and your fav fics are what I'm looking for. Bonus points for FemMer

3) Any stories that deal with the episodes the Storm and the Eye and their aftermaths. Rodney-centered. It can be team, slash Rodney/John, friendship, gen. I just ask that there's no character bashing. I really want in character stories, even if people are mean as long as they are in character I really would want to read them. Happy endings are a must but it can have torture and other bad stuff. Please no BDSM or any kinky stuff. Your fav stories are what I would love to read. Major point for FemMer.

1) A Walk in the Woods by kriadydragon. Fusion, magic, gen. Sheppard likes to take walks, and it's not right.

The Sacrificial Mage by taste_is_sweet. Fantasy, magic, McShep, team. Magic was a substance, like fire or water. It was abundant and incredibly powerful and could be manipulated with the correct application of knowledge and will. But if you didn't use it properly, you'd be immolated or drowned. Or worse: other people would be, and you'd be forced to watch it happening. That was why it terrified him to see the casual, unthinking way Teyla and Carson used magic, because he knew that someday they'd be forced to pay for what they'd taken. Every wizard would, sooner or later. It was the first thing mages ever learned, and Rodney had lived it.

3) This might suit but it's girl!John: Story of a Girl and the outtake Insurrection by Seperis. Covers Rising to McKay and Mrs. Miller, including The Storm/Eye. Happy Ending, McShep, genderswitch.

Ahh. I read this one recently I really liked called Able to Fly (http://archiveofourown.org/works/447638) by busaikko, where 80s!Rodney is a wizard and John is a ghost (I don't want to give away too much about it). It's McKay/Sheppard, NC-17.

Actually, I'm watching this entry for recs myself. I never read enough of these magical AUs and I always want to. ;)
