John/Nancy, crossovers, Milky Way aliens in Atlantis, smart!Sheppard

Hi everyone!
I've tried browsing through the posts in this community but I didn't find what I was looking for, so I have a few requests. :)

1. John/Nancy.
Are there any well-written J/N stories where they are together and happy? I've come across the pairing, but it's usually just flashbacks or mentions about how it ended badly. Anything from pre-relationship, dating, engagement/marriage, John missing her when he's in Atlantis, or just a random slice-of-life kind of story. AU's where they're still married when he goes to Atlantis are welcome.

2. Crossovers/fusions with Thoughtcrimes and/or Numb3rs.
I've read Past Misfortunes, Present Blessings (wip/abandoned), and Through A Mirror, Home & Gemini & Gemini: Flipside and I was wondering if there were other SGA/TC crossovers or fusions that isn't Hewligan? Also SGA/TC/N3 crossovers, or preferably a fusion of the three where Sheppard was undercover as Brendan Dean, and Freya and Amita is the same person, and they still end up on Atlantis. Although I'm pretty sure it doesn't excist, lol. Hope springs eternal, right?

2b. Crossover/fusions with any scientists/experts from other shows.
Any fics where they are a part of the expedition, either from the beginning or if they arrive later, and not just there to fix a problem and then leave again. I.e Scientists, mathmaticians, computer experts/hackers, or any other kind of experts from shows like NCIS, Criminal Minds, Numb3rs, Leverage, or whatever.

3. Milky Way aliens in Atlantis.
Are there any fics where (canon) aliens from the Milky Way Galaxy end up as part of Atlantis?
For example: Nyan from 'New Ground', Kendra from 'Thor's Hammer', Jonas after Langara fell to the Ori. Or someone from the Tollan, the Nox, the Sodan, the Asguard, the Tok'ra, or any other race/people Earth are/were allied with or a stray like Vala.

4. Smart!Sheppard.
Any fics where Sheppard uses his mathmatical talent and it's either a central part of the plot or atleast is important. I've already read 'No Good Deed', 'Life's Equations" and some others, but something similar would be great, or just John using it to solve some kind of problem on Atlantis.

Het, gen, and slash are all welcome for the whole list, but I'd prefer if it wasn't Hewligan although that's most likely wishful thinking.

2. The Brendan Hypothesis by smittywing: Major John Sheppard looks exactly like Rodney McKay's ex-lover, Brendan Dean. The only problem is that Brendan died seven years ago and Rodney's quickly finding out that John Sheppard is an intriguing man himself. McKay/Brendan Dean, McKay/Sheppard (If I recall correctly, John Sheppard = Brendan Dean in this fic)

There's a Sentinel/SGA crossover where Dr Blair Sandburg (anthropology) comes to Atlantis, much to the consternation of McKay. Meetings (http://archiveofourown.org/series/16407) by Muffie.

4.
There's Indelible (http://shaenie.livejournal.com/327764.html) by shaenie, in which John makes a mathematical discovery(though it is not the main part of the fic, but it is important).
Keira Marcos (http://keiramarcos.com/fan-fiction-index/stargate-atlantis-fan-fiction/) often writes John Sheppard as good at math. I know there's at least one instance of John doing math of significance in the Ties That Bind series(story 11), but I also believe you can find mention of it the What Might Have Been series. However, they're both AUs and please do pay attention to the warnings.

Within These City Walls by Tarlan (http://archiveofourown.org/works/210207). The Magnificent Seven are assigned to Atlantis.
