I'm looking for stories where Colonel Everett is not fed on by a Wraith and so stays in charge on Atlantis even after the Siege.

All genres and pairings are welcome, although I confess I'm mostly curious about how this would affect Sheppard.

Yeah, it was something like that I was looking for, only with Colonel Everett in charge rather than Colonel Sumner.
