Rodney Out and Proud

I have read several fics recently where Rodney hid his bisexuality/gayness for the first year or more on Atlantis due to various factors (usually having something to do with DADT). This has led to a craving for stories where Rodney makes no secret of his sexuality. For stories where he is known to be gay/bisexual from the beginning but DADT is in effect. Believing that the SGC and the IOA would make sure that anyone being sent to another galaxy would be accepting of other lifestyles. Do stories like this exist? If so, please provide me with links.
