Alpha male!John

I'm looking for McShep fics that feature John being all alpha male and taking care of Rodney/handling Rodney. Either him taking care of business because he's in charge and its what he does or him reverting to a feral state and thinking that Rodney's his mate would be awesome. Preferably sexually explicit fics (bottom!McKay a plus) but I'm not overly picky.

(I didn't quite know how to tag this, so I threw on the protective/possessive tags. I hope that's okay.)

Keira Marcos has a couple that have a very alpha!John: here. The Sentinels of Atlantis and the What Might Have Been series are good. If you don't mind kink-fic, her Ties That Bind series has dom!John and sub!Rodney.

You might want to check out puddleofgoo's Life Less Ordinary series. It starts out pretty innocent(for a certain value of innocent), but ends up with John and Rodney in a bdsm relationship. There's definitely an alpha male!John there, at least when it comes to Rodney.
