There are more out there, but I can't remember the names of the stories. One involved Sheppard and Rodney going off world to cut down a pine tree to bring back to Atlantis to decorate for Christmas and Sheppard ends up sick and must be kept on the planet under quarantine, Rodney helps, along with a medic sent through from Atlantis. And then there was one called "Care Packages" that I read years ago about O'Neil and other members of SG-1 sending Sheppard (and possibly others?) a care package for Christmas because they knew he wouldn't otherwise get one...something like that. I can't remember who wrote it and can't find it under a story name search.

I would love to read some "new" Atlantis Christmas stories right about now, too. Preferrably Gen.

I think there's been a couple of holiday-themed fics posted to sga_santa, and I know that hoktauri posted one (which was gen) yesterday.
