Conversion fics

I know there's tons of Conversion tags, but they don't seem to be quite what I'm looking for. I'm looking for the classic McShep fics where either a) Rodney finds Shep attractive as a bug, b) Sheppard needs to find a mate or has some kind of mating drive, or c) where Sheppard maintains some bug qualities (looks, powers, whatever) permanently. Porny, romantic, complicated relationship, political ramifications (of being a bug), happy endings, it's all good.

Here are some of my favorites.
The Taming of the Fly (http://quasar273.livejournal.com/14676.html). It takes John a little longer to change back then anyone expected. Mcshep. John is still a bug. Rodney likes it.

Now, I didn't know if you only wanted bug fics, or if all changing/shifting/switching and mating fics were okay, so here are some others.

This one has John as a werewolf. He needs a mate. The Pack (http://ashinae.livejournal.com/392851.html).

Also, almost all of the sentinel crossovers involve John or Rodney needing each other and having to bond in a deep and unbreakable way, so that might help, but I'm not sure if it's something that would interest you, so I'll sit on those recs unless you want them.

Also, in most of keiramarcos's fics, she has John retaining the strength, speed, and stamina he had as a bug. This is especially true of The Ties That Bind (http://keiramarcos.com/fan-fiction-index/stargate-atlantis-fan-fiction/ties-that-bind-sga-au/) (BDSM AU, it's perfectly wonderful, but mind the warnings, and What Might Have Been (http://keiramarcos.com/fan-fiction-index/stargate-atlantis-fan-fiction/what-might-have-been-series-atlantis-au/), which is probably the most romantic piece of fiction that I've ever read. Both are McShep. All of Keira's fics have John having remarkable skills/powers/speed for some reason; they just don't always all have the Iratus bug as the reason. I'd recommend her sentinel cross insanely highly.
