Evil!Rodney turns good for luuurve!

sgarecfindersHey everybody, I was rereading the lovely "Good Guys Don't Always Wear White" by Nel, where mutant John is working for the bad guys and during the course of the story is convinced what he's doing is wrong by his growing relationship with Rodney.
I'm looking for a similar situation where the roles are reversed--Rodney is an evil scientist, or overlord, or working for the Trust, or something that works against our guys and is eventually turned around. The best stories do this by having the characters grow and shift in the story; John doesn't do a complete 180 right away, and he isn't "fixed" by Rodney's healing sex or whatever. I prefer slash, but gen's okay too, and it doesn't have to be John/Rodney.
Help please?
