I just re-read kashkow's Irreplacable, and it also reminded me of astolat's Time in a Bottle.

Both of these got me wondering: are there any other fics dealing with the characters working on Millennium Problems?

Or really, any mathy!John fic recs would be welcome.

in Keira Marco's series 'What Might Have Been' - there is definitely storyline dealing with the Millennium Problems

'What Might Have Been (http://keiramarcos.com/fan-fiction-index/stargate-atlantis-fan-fiction/what-might-have-been-series-atlantis-au/)' series - read the warnings - it is slash and the Millenium stuff doesn't come up until several installments into the storyline

Except For A Few Small Bruises by justbreathe80 (http://justbreathe80.dreamwidth.org/209498.html) College AU where John spends his undergraduate life hiding who he is (including his mathy-ness) to please his father, that is until he meets his physics tutor, Rodney. Really sweet.

Choice of Duty by Kyrdwyn (http://kyrdwyn.livejournal.com/75784.html) John is a gifted mathematical physicist who joins the expedition as a scientist until Sumner is killed. Gen. Excellent character piece.
