Atlantis with a voice

I've been working my way through the tags and found that I really enjoy sentient!Atlantis stories. What I would like to know, are there any McShep stories where Atlantis can communicate out loud and not just in thoughts?

P.S. Are there ANY stories out there where Rodney leaves SGC, because - let's be honest - they'll treat him like shit as long as they have golden Carter. I just really would like to see him being appreciated for his brilliant mind, if not for his personality.

For sentient!Atlantis fic you can check my Sentient!Atlantis Fanfics 'blog (http://sentient-atlantis.thekipple.net/), a collection of fics with that theme that I was able to find. Looking up all McShep ones in which Atlantis communicates not just via mental means would be a bit of a stretch for me, but if you check the stories under the Atlantis communicates with main character(s) (http://sentient-atlantis.thekipple.net/?cat=54) and focus on stories in which Atlantis is said to be communicating "directly" I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.

P.S. I know one good story in which Rodney *almost* leaves Atlantis after the events in "Inferno" because he's done with feeling unappreciated; it's wonderfully written and puts both Rodney and John through the proverbial wringer. *g* It's lavvyan's Not Quite An Explosion (http://www.wraithbait.com/viewstory.php?sid=8427). (Also, there's been a search or two after stories with a theme similar to this before; you can check back through older posts for more recs.)
