Atlantis: The Next Generation

No I'm not looking for Star Trek crossovers.

What I am looking for is stories where children of people in the original expedition are now in charge of Atlantis. Whether it be Madison Miller (having inherited Jeannie and her Uncle Mer's smarts) or a grown up Torren, or Cadman and Carson's kids. I'll even settle for Mini!Zelenka-Weir's. I just want some fic where the kids of the characters we know and love are now running Atlantis/The Pegasus Galaxy.

If possible I'd like for McShep to still be a pairing. So unless they use a surrogate they wouldn't have any kids in this.

Ah, sorry, I didn't see that you wanted them running Atlantis. In this one the kids are about 13 years old, I'd guess, and while they do kick alien ass, they're definitely not running things.

This one doesn't have the kids running Atlantis, but they're on the verge. That's not the focus of the story, but it might sill give you enough of what you were hoping for. :) Warning: There is character death in this, and some of it is quite sad.
