Disabled Kid-fic?

I was struck with the thought that I haven't ever read anything where any of the SGA characters have disabled kids. There's all these fics with super genius kids, but there aren't much in the way of their children being deaf/blind/autistic/disabled, etc. Are there any out there? I'll take anything, but my favourite pairing is McShep (shocker, I know). I'd love to see how Rodney would react in particular with this situation, but I'm not too picky. The kid can be smart, just different than "the normal". I surfed the tags for a bit, but nothing popped up really along this line unless I'm missing something? Thanks in advance for any help. :)
