The last search for these fics was in April on the tag, and due to DADT being repealed by Obama, I'm in the mood for some DADT or coming out/homophobia fic, something hopefully I haven't read before. I read everything but of course love mcshep the most.

Not sure how old these stories are, but they were just recced on another search and they're relevant here. By facetofcathy, The Crooked Path (http://archiveofourown.org/works/1722) is a John/Rodney story set post-show, during declassification. It ends with them deciding to come out; it's not a big part of that story, but it sets up Like a Pigeon From Hell (http://archiveofourown.org/works/2512?view_adult=true), in which they're out and Rodney tells off reporters hassling him about his relationship with John.
