John whump in high school

I'm looking for any high school fics with John as the main character and going through some major mental or physical whump, but NO death fic please. Slash (any OMC/John) or gen or very light het please. I don't have any squicks except the student-teacher or any consensual adult-minor relationship, so please none of that.

But otherwise I'm just looking for something that makes you feel really sorry for John, Preferably somewhat long or a series but short fics are okay too. And set in high school, with a bunch of Atlantis high schoolers.

The only one that pops to mind is "The Call" (http://www.wraithbait.com/viewstory.php?sid=10567) by MistoKitt (kitt) -- not whump per se, but some teenage angsty John... and it ends up McShep Pairing.

there is "High School Heroes" (http://smiley.zonezine.net/) series by sardonicsmiley. It has a X-men like high school with John and Rodney, Ronon, Elizabeth and Radek make appearances. You need to scroll down a bit to find the series. Warning: government torture, implied parental neglect/abuse (on the McKay's part), and other angst/violence but not more than you'd see in an Xmen movie.

There's a nice longish apocafic AU (http://sgareversebang.dreamwidth.org/10914.html) with a high school setting from the DW Reverse Bang earlier this summer by busaikko. Bit of John/Ronon, bit of John whump; not a typical high scool fic, but bonus, though, there's some great artwork.
